Sonneborn, Inc. (“Sonneborn”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This privacy policy (“Privacy Statement”) will inform you of our policy on collecting and utilizing information we gather from our customers who visit our sonneborn.com website (the “Site”). Please also read our Site Terms & Conditions to understand the general rules about your use of this Site.

Cookies

When you visit the Site, recognition data files or “cookies” may be attached to your hard drive. Cookies are used to personalize your visit to the Site. The Sonneborn website allows its visitors to enter personally identifiable contact information (“Personal Information”) in order to submit comments or to request information on our products. We may also send out voluntary customer satisfaction surveys which may ask for Personal Information.  Personal Information can include your name, address, telephone number, and/or email address. Sonneborn only collects your Personal Information when you choose to provide such information.

Sonneborn may disclose Personal Information in connection with conducting audits, responding to legal and/or regulatory requirements, enforcing Sonneborn’s policies, or in responding to complaints or safety or security concerns. Children’s Privacy Protection

Sonneborn understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive online world.  The Site is not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children 13 years of age or younger.  It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.

Updating Personal Information or Opt-Out

You may request that Sonneborn remove from its database or update any Personal Information you have previously provided by contacting Sonneborn’s Customer Service department at 1-877-948-2688.  Complete removal may not be immediate, and in some instances, all archival copies may be impossible to delete.  Also, if you wish to opt out of receiving any communications, please contact Sonneborn’s Customer Service department at 1-877-948-2688.
