Natural Sodium Sulfonate and Oxidized Petrolatum business transitions to Sonneborn

Sonneborn is now a global supplier of natural Sodium Sulfonates and Oxidized Petrolatum as the result of an acquisition of these two product lines from Chemtura, which closed on July 31, 2010.

This transition will not impact product quality, product characteristics, customer service, technical or sales support. We have prepared for a smooth transition of this business to Sonneborn as of August 1st.
